Charitable ContributionsWhat is the name of your state?TN I have a dependent who has made charitable contributions throughout the 2004 tax year. Am I correct to assume that I can count my dependent's contributions along with mine in the total listed under my itemized deductions? Thanks for taking my question. |

| No, that is incorrect, unless you're talking about a little kid who decided to give some of her toys to the less fortunate... in that case it would actually be your deduction, because a little kid doesn't really own anything to give away. Snipes
