I have been living with my Fiancee for over 3 years now. This year I would like to see if I can claim her on my taxes as an dependent or as comman law marriage. I pay all of the bills right now and have been paying all of the bills since the end of February. What are my options for tax purpose. She does not work right now and only worked for a few month this year. She only made $1274.35 for the year. Thanks For any help.
