What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

My fiance and I moved in together in July. Both of us were paying 100% of our separate household expense for the 1st half of the year, then split expenses on the combined house for the 2nd half. Each of us has a qualifying dependent. Can we each still file as HOH this year?

It is possible, but not if you share a bed.
