company attorney for family court?my wife got into a heated discussion while on the phone last night with her ex, during the conversation he told her that he did not have to pay for his attorney and could call him when ever he wanted. "in fact, my dad told me to use him as much as possible since it is a tax write-off for the business" is what he told her.( i did hear this also as we had him on speaker) my questions are can he be used like this and can he use it as a write-off? oh am i am in wisconsin. please if you have any statutes can you please share them?thanks for the info speed |

| ley me clarify the question as it seemed confusing after i read it. question would be can he use a company attorney in a family matter when he DOES NOT work for the company? and can this use be used as a write off during tax time? his main part of the statement was that "the lawyer has been retained for the whole year for the company so i can use him when ever i want." plus the rest that i listed above |
