Contract Employee taxesWhat is the name of your state? Utah Hi, A few months ago I took a job as a contract worker. What form do I need to use to send the federal taxes on my wages? Also, if anyone knows what form I need to send to Utah for state taxes, that would be doubly helpful. Thank you! |

| It varies with type of professional and level of experience. H & R Block, probably $100 or so. CPA, probably $250-$300. Snipes
