Are credit card rewards taxable income if they come in the form of cash and are from a card used primarily for business purchases?

They would be "other income", presumably for the business...or possible a purchases discount, but one way or another they either reduce expenses or increase taxable income.

It it was purely personal, then it would simply be a personal discount on purchases which would have no taxable effect.
