Daycare write off?

My question is concerning the Daycare Expenses write off available. I pay a Nanny cash bi-weekly. How do I approach making a write off for that expense? I can show withdrawls, but that seems like it would not suffice. Any suggestions?

Write out receipts.

There are other issues with a Nanny as well. Does she watch the children in your home?

You may be liable for Household Employment taxes.

You may also be required to withhold income tax and social security from her wages.
