Deadline for statements

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE NAME OF YOUR STATE. Kansas
Is there a deadline when it comes to receiving w2, 1098 forms or any other forms so I can file my taxes. The one I am waiting on is from my local union that shows what I paid in dues and etc. I did call them and they said at the end of Feb. they will have it ready. Thanks.

Your final pay stub for the year should have that info.

Normally W-2's must be mailed by 1/31 and 1099's by 2/15.
