Deduct Trailer park lot rent?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? md
We have a primary home in Md, and a second home in Delaware. The home in Delaware is a mobile home that we keep year round in a trailer park. We pay lot rent for our lot at the park. Is the lot rent deductible on my federal taxes? Thanks in advance for any/all replies.
