This year, I received a 1099-G for a state tax refund of $69 I received in 2007. In 2007 I deducted for state income taxes on my federal form. So I added this amount of $69 for my federal adjusted gross income.

So here's my question....do I deduct this same amount of $69 when figuring my georgia state AGI?

Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
