What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Iowa

I am retired and my wife and I support a son who is college. We send him $2000/month for room and board and spend and additional $900/mo to pay off his Sallie Mae student loans. Is any of this tax deductible and if so, where do I declare it on the tax form. I do itemize every year and generally use an online tax service like TaxAct. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
