Dependent /Full time student

I live in NJ and have several questions.

1. My son is 19 and a full time college student. Can I still claim him as a dependent on my 2004 Federal tax return?

2. My son, 19 years old also has a part time job during college.
If he made under $3,000 last year does he have to file a tax return?
He had about $50 in federal tax witheld so I'm not sure he can get that as a refund.

3. If he files a tax return, can I still claim him as a dependent on my federal tax return?

Thanks for your help.

1. Yes

2. He isn't required to, but he should file to get his $50 back.

3. Yes, just make sure he indicates that someone else is claiming him as a dependent.
