Didn't file last year. Can I still file for this year?Quick question. I am 19 and single, and last year I did not file my taxes. I didn't file because I was homeless for a month and I never got a hold of all my w-2s. I filed for an extension, but right now I don't know how to get a hold of my w-2's from last year. Now Im expecting a return, but I'm afraid something will happen if I try to file for this year and forget about last years. Wyoming Last edited by atpwnu; 02-05-2008 at 05:25 PM. |

| You can request a copy of everything that was filed with the IRS for 2006. If you also have to file state returns, it won't have the information about how much state tax you paid. You need to go back to the employers to get that information.
