if a person is recieving state disability payments for temporary disability.that is a state payment (not employee or insurance based)Is this amount needed to be put down as income on a federal form(the only income they have other than child surport) and also can this be used to recieve earned income credit(has qualifying child but no other income other than the disability income and child surport Thanks
