Question

Divorce

Louisiana

I have a friend and I would like to know how to advise her.
Her husband and her have been together two years-one year living together not married and they have been married for now one year. While they lived together she purchased a house which they both shared the house note.

She caught him cheating and he was also very abusive mentally towards her. He left her child and her . Now she is paying the mortage (which is $740)utilites,child care, insurance, and other living expenses.

Is he liable for half of the the expenses which she is paying for them all. He was ordered to pay child support at $460 then some how it change to $310 from the Child Support Office. Her husband income is about $2,200 a month. Her income is about $1,200 a month.

Can she get spousal support and would he have to pay half of the house note (with only her name on the deed)
