What is the name of your state? Colorado

I am about to open an ecommerce site where I am simply the middle man. I will be offering products by various businesses. The customer will pay me, I take a cut and pay the business who produces and ships the product.

What are the tax laws on something like this? Do I have to charge taxes? Only for my state? If I do, should I register a business name and have the taxes go through it or just have it go through my personal taxes...?

Any advice would be great. Just waiting to figure this out before I get my site up and running. THanks!
