Hey,
Do I have to pay tax If I borrow money from family member? In Poland it's 2%. For example If somebody borrow money from me 20.000$ this person has to pay 2% = 400$ . What about USA? Please let me know, it's really important for me.

No, you do not have to pay any tax on money you borrow in the USA.
