Does website work require sales tax?

Hi,
2 questions if I may ..
(1) Is web development, web hosting, web mastering, multimedia, image and website editing required to have sales tax collected on it in California?
(2) A client pays me $50 to display my logo on their website. Does this require sales tax?

I'm no cpa, but no it doesnt.

All those things are services, which to my knowledge, no state imposes a sales tax on a service, only on goods sold.

Contact your local sales & use tax agency to be sure.
