Education Reimbursement

Hi Everyone. I own a small company - less than 50 people and want to provide an education reimbursement program because I have a few employees that would like to attend graduate school. Publication 970 provides an employee on how to deduct $5,250 from their individual tax return. However, I have not seen any documents on any "employer" benefits of providing an education reimbursement program.

Does anyone know if the employer can also exempt the $5,250 from the company's tax return? If so, do you know where I can find the documents that will provide me with that information?

Setting this up is really not a DIY project. You really need to get a CPA involved.
