What Law and what statute makes you liable for the tax in the first place? Have you ever wondered why you have to fill out the w-4? Why is it that the tax code is so complicated? Does the income tax apply to you? Did you know that the income you earn is just the measure of an activity that you are involved in. That activity is either taxable or not. Where in the tax code is the activity your involved in mentioned as a taxable activity? Do you sell alcohol, tobacco, or fire arms? If not, I doubt your activity is a taxable activity. The constitution only allows for two types of taxes; direct and indirect. Direct taxes must be apportioned (equally distributed to all the population according to the census). Indirect taxes are excise taxes. Excise taxes are on revenue taxable activities. What taxable activity are you involved in. I bet the IRS won't give you an answer.
