Question

employer taxes

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI


My boss wants to pay me salary plus cash for my overtime so he doesn't have to pay so much in taxes. How does this affect him and myself?

It causes him to pay less tax, it causes you to pay MORE tax. Its also a totally inappropriate and illegal way to handle things.
