Executor Overpays Taxes

Texas. Executor (accountant) overpays taxes and half the refunds have disappeared. What are my rights and what do I do? Can I file felony theft charges even though, I am now out of that state? How would I do this.

What do you mean 1/2 the refunds have disappeared? Sounds like you need to talk to an estate tax attorney in TX.
