File or Not File

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I lived in PA from Jan 08 to Sept 08, in Sept I moved to FL where I lived til Dec 08, I moved back to PA in Jan 09. While I was living in PA I worked in NY state, and had PA unemployment. What I am wondering is Do I have to file a PA return this year or Just a NY year. I already know FL doesn't require a state return to be done. Anybody have any help it would be great.

You need to file a PA part year return as a resident, and an NY non resident return.
