What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I bought a rental property in 2008 that I rent to my mother-in-law. She is interested in buying the property. She would be a first time home buyer, but since she is a family member (in-law) Would she qualify for the First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit. Thanks,

No, one of the provisions of the credit is that you cannot be buying a home from a family member. However, she could purchase a different home and qualify.
