What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MO/Federal

Ok, I KNOW I'm probably making this harder than it really is - but I had a flex-benefits account in 2009. I had $3900 withheld for daycare, and another $1200 for medical.

This is the "explanation" of dependent care benefits in the HR Block software:

Employer-provided assistance for dependent care. If you were enrolled in a dependent care benefit (DCB) program at work, your employer will report up to $5,000 of your benefits in box 10 of your Form W-2.

Is the "DCB" the same thing as a flex-benefits account?

I think that 3900 shows up in box 12.
