What is the name of your state?NY i am getting foreclosed on due to overdue taxes. What are my options I know i have to get them paid but can I transfer the title to my daughter if she has a better chance of getting a loan. Are there any programs that help with taxes. Please no bashing I ve been through it and have worked really hard to buy this place and don't want to lose it

The only solution to this problem is money. If your daughter can pay off the taxes and mortgage (or get a new mortgage in her name) then you will have to sell it to her (if that is what you want to do). It will then be hers, not yours.
