In Form 1065, Schedule B, Question 11, it asked:

"Was there a distribution of property or a transfer of a partnership interest during the tax year?"

If the partnership has distributed profit to the partners during the year, does that make the answer to the above question 'yes'?

No, that doesn't refer to normal distributions of profits.
