GA income tax statute of limitations query

I am wondering if anyone knows what the state law is for statute of limitations on collection of Georgia State Taxes. Someone is trying to collect two fifa judgements against me which are now 8 years old and 9 years old respectively.
Any thoughts on how to fight this?

Call a tax pro in GA. S/he should know or be able to look it up easily.
