Georgia Airplane Ad Velorum TaxI borrowed an airplane for a few months and got taxed $800 on it because it was here on Jan 1st. The owner lives in New Hampshire, do I have to pay the tax on it?? |

| The owner (resident or not) owes personal property tax. It would depend on the arragnement on the borrowing. They use January 1 status to give the situs for the year. |
