Got W2 for 2007 but didn't work

What is the name of your state? GA

Hi,
I received a W2 for 2007 from a job that I last worked for in 2006.
My last day was the end of December 2006. I checked my bank statements and on Jan 4, 2007, they reversed a direct deposit of my final check because they said I didn't turn in some kind of report.
I spoke with a co-worker and she said her W2 was inflated by 30K.
I have tried to call the company and no response. How do I proceed? Do I call the Dept of Labor to report this as well as the IRS?
