What is the name of your state? Georgia (Kentucky)

I am trying to file my state income tax forms. I go to graduate school in KY and have a job there. However, my permenant residence (my voter registration, my car, etc.) all remain in GA. While I have lived in KY the whole year and have two small jobs on campus in KY, I also work from home for a GA company and have a greater amount of my income coming from there. I was trying to figure out, for tax purposes, which state I am a resident of--the one where I sleep at night or the one where my permenant address is??
