Have Questions on Tax Leins

Have a few tax leins against me, had a stroke on 11/2/2007, Income tax leins, state and fed.

Leins are dated as of 2009 and forward, I become a disabled individual from having a stroke in 2007.

So I was wandering if they are still liable to me at this time, due to becoming disabled from having a stroke in 2007.

Any Information that I could obtain regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated,

Your stroke has no bearing on the validity of the liens.
