How to decrease my refund?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

MD

I don't want to get a refund at the end of the year, rather bigger amounts through the year, so it ends up even where they don't issue me a refund and I don't own anything either.

How do I adjust my exemptions ot this effect? I have 2 as of now on my W4.
