I pay Child Support, can I write off Day Care?

What is the name of your state? Florida

I have 50/50 custody of my son and pay my ex an extremely generous amount of child support. She writes the check to the day care. Can I write off a percentage of that expense on my taxes? Thanks.

No.

Regardless of where she got the money from, she's the one who is actually paying the daycare.
