If my fiance went to Jackson Hewiit and got denied for her"money now" loan.....

What is the name of your state?Nevada

Can she still chage her mind and go somewhere else? She isn't satisfied at JH and when they told her to come back after she hets her w-2 she said that she wanted to try to e-file through the H&R online.

They will be mad at her, but technically she can go elsewhere. I do not know if they will charge her or require her to pay for the work they did. The work has value even though the cash was denied.
