I do freelance web work. According to my records, I have done around $13,000 worth of work for a particular client.

I recently received a 1099 from this client. The total amount on the it was $900.

My question is, do I need to contact my client to get an accurate 1099? Or do I simply account for the extra income on my taxes?

Muchas gracias.
