Injured Spouse Forms

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NA for this thread

Do any of the other tax pros out there have any idea what is going on with the IRS and Injured Spouse Forms?

We have a serious quantity of angry clients who have waited for a long time (some of them 15 weeks). I don't think that we have any clients who submitted injured spouse forms actually receive any refund yet this year. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
