| from new jersey; a "so called" friend did our business and personal taxes for over 12 years. turns out our business taxes were never filed. recognize we are "technically" at fault however, is there anything we can do to get reimbursed for our fees to him (CPA) or penalties now owed? |

| It sounds like you have a very good cause of action against your “friend” for fraud, mal practice, breach of contract, etc. The damages should include all the expense you have incurred as a result of this. There may also be punitive damages in such a case. |
