What is the name of your state? NJ
When the IRS levies a bank account on a specific date and the money is held for the 21 days, will they take other deposits made after the original levy date. I have read differing opinions on this matter, some say it is just the money taken that day that is effected and others say all of the future deposits are also included. Thanks in advance. Also I assume the IRS gets account info from checks you make your IRS payments with and the 1099's the banks send in. If a new account is opened up at a bank that has had no dealing with you, would your money be safe till the issues with the irs are under control
