| No. But they can levy his inventory & the customers would have to prove they were the owners of the goods (sales receipts, etc.).

| Thank you for your reply. My husband owns a small business and the IRS has mailed a Notice of Levy, regarding our personal 2003 taxes, directly to his biggest customer. We received a copy of it at home, from the customer. What should we do? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated? |
