IRS Tax LienWhat is the name of your state? Massachusetts and Florida. I checked my TRW credit report and found a Federal Tax lien dated 1994 for approx 12,000. If I want to open this can of worms is this amount negotiable? I had no notification of this. |

| not an attoney.but you should consider to wait as I think they have 10 years and if they do not refile 30 days past the 10 year period it cannot be enforced ....unless you have a reason to contact them... |
