I live in Kentucky. I need to know what the statue of limitations is in Kentucky for collecting back taxes. The KY Department of Revenue notified me that I owe about $300.00 for profit on a Bond not listed on my 2001 state tax return. This was almost 4 years ago. Can they require me to pay this tax now? I appreciate any help offered.
