Legal advice on residencyWhat is the name of your state? NH An individual wants to designate my home address as his legal residence to save on state taxes. He is not a resident of NH Is there anything that can happen to me legally for doing so? or any instances that they can come after my home and property because of this? Help, thanks |

| Possibly accessory to tax fraud. I doubt the state would go after you though. But they will hammer your friend.
