Is it legal to transfer a tax deduction?

What is the name of your state?PA I am disabled and not working ,but I donate a lot of stuff to the Salvation Army. Am I allowed to transfer the deduction to a friend or family member so that they can use it (the deduction)to save on their federal taxes? Is there an IRS form involved I should be aware of? Thank you in advance.
