Levy Notice '06 taxes/unemployed

What is the name of your state? CA
So I am going to be getting unemployment and if I have no assets beside being out of equity in a financed car what can they take?, nothing right?

Nothing now...but the levy doesn't go away. It will still be there in the future. Its better to work with the IRS, rather than simply ignoring the IRS.
