Lien, federal tax lien.

What is the name of your state? IL
when a person is issued a federal tax lien, can they expect wages to be confiscated? if so when?
checking account confiscated? if so when?
is the lien applicable to only real estate, to things that can be easily seized and sold by the irs or what exactly is the lien applicable to?
if the lien is for X amount (i.e. $2,000) for certain years, does that mean that no more interest adds to the amount for those years because of the lien?

Have you not read the lien papers or do you have a copy of them? That's the first thing you do.

Liens only attach to property....real estate and personal property. When you receive a levy, that's when your wages are in danger. Also, watch out for those bank account balances to fizzle.

I suggest you read Parts 34 and 35 at the following:

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
