Limited Partner Share of Syndication Costs

What is the name of your state? Ohio

A Limited Partnership has transferred all of its assets into a liquidating trust as of June 30, 2006. They have indicated that the "Limited Partner Share of Syndication cost is
$1884.00". Where do I report this on my 2007 Federal Income Tax?What is the name of your state?

A limited partner is not liable for any partnership debts beyond his/her initial investment. That's what limited means. Why are you being held liable for this debt? What's going on?

Better yet, what did the accountant for the p'ship say when you asked how this would be reflected on the K1?
