Line 26 on 1040What is the name of your state? Maryland Please help,cause IRS gave me a vague answer.I have paid into Maryland prepaid trust when my daughter was going to Highschool and she is in 2nd year college at Univ of md. now and the prepaid trust is paying her college tuition eventhough its my money.Can I deduct $3,000 on line 26 as her tuition expenses? She does not have any scholarships or any other aid from anybody. Thank you in advance, Sonny ![]() |
