Lives in PA, worked in CA.Hi, not sure if this is the right place for this question. I live in PA but worked for 8 month in CA in 2007. Do I have to file for tax return for both state? Any special form I should use? Anyone have experience with this, please help, thanks so much! |

| You will need to file part-year resident returns for both California and Pennsylvania, assuming you had income in both states.

| Actually, if you lived in PA for the full year, you file a full year resident return for PA. If you worked in CA during this time, you file a non-resident return for CA. Snipes
