What is the name of your state? MI
My 19 year old nephew lost his W-2 forms - can he get them replace or what do we do now - he only has one Job and he is a student.

He works for Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Also when filing his taxes does he report student grants and loans.

See the employer for a new copy of the W-2.

Scholarships & grants are taxable to the extent they money received exceeds his tuition & fees & books & supplies.
